CET

Overview

The NRA administers the Common Entrance Test, or CET. The tier I exams, often known as the preliminary exams, are easily replaced by this exam by many central government entities. Every year, this exam is administered twice. This rating will be used to identify candidates for the Group B and Group C positions. The candidate’s score will be disclosed to all hiring organisations once the exam is successfully completed and you receive your CET score. The recruitment firms will now call the candidates for the subsequent exam level based on their score. The score is valid for an additional three years after the scorecard is given out.

Why CET ?

We have many CET exams for the SSC, banks, and railways, and in the past, many students took a lot of tests to gain a job. However, going forward, only one CET will be administered by the three recruitment organisations, and the scorecard will be distributed to them all. This functions as a kind of preliminary exam for the three tests offered by SSC, IBPS, and RRB. You are qualified to take the Tier II and Tier III tests offered by these organisations provided you pass the first round (CET).
Depending on the students’ qualifications, different CET exams are held for 10th grade graduates, 12th grade graduates, and matriculation graduates. The CET exam you must apply for will therefore depend on your educational background or the position for which you are applying.

Eligibillity

The type of exam you are applying for will determine your eligibility or educational requirements in full. For individuals who have completed their 10th, 12th, and graduation requirements, they are divided into three levels. Therefore, before applying for the position, make sure you properly read the notification.
The prospective candidate must be Indian.
They could be a person from Nepal or Bhutan.
You must present a certificate proving your eligibility if you are applying for the CET exam for any other reason than to become an Indian. You won’t be able to take this test if you don’t.
